About the Talent Enablement Senior Expert Role

stc is seeking a Talent Enablement Senior Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on executing the company's HR services and talent enablement agenda, ensuring a comprehensive employee lifecycle experience. The role requires adherence to stc HR policies, Saudi Labor Law, and stc Group standards, while utilizing digital tools to improve efficiency and employee engagement.

Core Responsibilities

The Talent Enablement Senior Expert will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of various HR services. This includes managing payroll administration, from data collection and validation to processing and distribution, as well as handling employee expense reimbursements and deductions. The role also involves overseeing GOSI services, including enrollment and profile management, and administering expat services such as Iqama renewals. Additionally, the Senior Expert will manage contractor administrative services, develop and manage HR policies related to expenses and third-party services, and oversee the automation of HR services through digital platforms.

  • Execute HR services including payroll, medical insurance, time management, business travel, HR inquiries, end-of-employment, and employee data management.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll administration, including data collection, validation, processing, pay distribution, pay slip issuance, year-end payroll, and liaison with Finance.
  • Manage end-to-end expenses and deductions administration, covering reimbursements, receipts, inquiries, and data consolidation.
  • Oversee GOSI services, including employee enrollment, profile updates, data collection, payments, inquiries, and relationship management with GOSI.
  • Administer expat services, such as Iqama renewals and annual ticket issuance, in compliance with HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Manage contractors’ administrative services and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures related to expenses and third-party services in coordination with the OE team.
  • Oversee the automation of HR services and implement digital platforms to enhance HR operations, employee records, and self-service enablement.
  • Manage and calculate employees’ overtime, per-diems, benefits, entitlements, and end-of-service settlements in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Execute all hiring plans in coordination with OE, GHRU, and GSSU teams.
  • Build and manage onboarding and offboarding journeys for employees.
  • Conduct employee background checks, medical checks, and probation period assessments.
  • Develop and maintain talent pool data to ensure HC investment accuracy and relevancy.
  • Execute talent growth opportunities, such as promotions and salary adjustments, in coordination with the OE team.
  • Facilitate Employee Experience Index requirements and culture enhancement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary communication channel for employees regarding announcements, updates, and benefits.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. The preferred experience level for this position is between 2 to 5 years in a relevant area of expertise.
