Role Overview

The Wellness Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing holistic wellness programs. This role requires adherence to regulatory standards, meticulous client assessment, and the ability to guide clients towards improved lifestyle and well-being. The specialist will work within a professional clinic environment, contributing to a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic wellness programs, including lifestyle coaching, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments, in compliance with applicable regulations and standards set by the Ministry of Health and general safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper client assessment within scope and obtain informed consent where applicable.
• Adhere to established hygiene and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and protect client confidentiality in alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
• Guide clients on lifestyle improvement, stress management, and recovery techniques.
• Ensure the safe operation of wellness equipment.
• Coordinate with medical teams when required.
• Contribute to a premium client experience.

Required Experience
