Role Overview

Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking a Wellness Coach to join a reputable clinic in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience dedicated to delivering comprehensive wellness programs and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Position Purpose

The Wellness Coach is responsible for guiding clients through holistic wellness journeys, encompassing lifestyle improvements, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments. The role focuses on fostering client well-being while upholding the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance within a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic wellness programs, including lifestyle coaching, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards set by the Ministry of Health and general safety guidelines.
• Conduct proper client assessments within scope and obtain informed consent where applicable.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, maintain accurate session documentation, and protect client confidentiality in alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
• Guide clients on lifestyle improvement, stress management, and recovery techniques.
• Ensure the safe operation of all wellness equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with medical teams when required.
• Actively contribute to providing a premium client experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant wellness or health-related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health and wellness principles, including lifestyle management, preventive health, and behavior change strategies.
• Understanding of exercise physiology and practical experience in designing safe, evidence-based activity plans for diverse populations.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation to build trust, motivate clients, and maintain professional relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain wellness concepts and provide actionable guidance.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a client-centered approach when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
