Job Purpose:
Support the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and monitoring of alternative investment opportunities across private equity, venture capital, private credit, secondaries, and other private market strategies. The role requires strong analytical rigor, investment judgment, and the ability to independently run workstreams from initial screening through IC recommendation and post-investment monitoring. The Candidate will also have the opportunity to work on select public markets streams.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market and investment research to support investment analysis, portfolio construction, and decision-making across public equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
  • Support the investment team throughout the sourcing, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities across various asset classes, including funds and co-investment structures.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to support the assessment of new and existing investments, including IPOs, direct equity investments, and co-investments.
  • Assist in monitoring portfolio performance by contributing to performance reporting and portfolio-level risk analysis across asset classes.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, investment materials, and reports for senior management and investment-related committees.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, tools, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency and investment decision-making.
  • Support additional investment-related initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or any related field.
  • From 0 to 4 Years of experience.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

بصفتك محلل مالي أول، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في عملية أو أكثر من العمليات المالية الأساسية، وتقديم الأنشطة لعملاء PwC. ستعمل كجزء من فريق من محللي الحلول، تتعامل مع قضايا الأعمال المعقدة من الاستراتيجية إلى التنفيذ.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
  • الحسابات المستحقة الدفع: ضمان الدقة في البيانات المالية، إدارة السجلات المالية الشهرية، المساعدة في قضايا A/P، مراجعة ومعالجة الفواتير، حل استفسارات البائعين، تطبيق سياسات الامتثال الداخلي، وإجراء تدقيقات داخلية يومية.
  • التحصيل النقدي: إدارة التسويات النقدية، متابعة تسويات بطاقات الائتمان، حل المنازعات مع العملاء، والتعامل مع مكالمات التحصيل.

ما ستحضره معنا
  • من 3 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في المالية أو المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في الشرق الأوسط.
  • درجة البكاليوس في المالية أو إدارة الأعمال/الإدارة، أو ما يعادلها؛ الشهادات ذات الصلة مثل ACA وACCA تعتبر ميزة.
  • إجادة في العمليات المالية/المحاسبية وأنظمة ERP (مثل SAP).
  • مهارات اتصالات ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية مفضلة.

About the Role: We are seeking a mid-career Financial Analyst to provide in-depth research and analysis on listed equities, bonds, Sukuk, ETFs, and derivatives, supporting investment decisions for corporate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of equities, fixed income securities, and derivative instruments.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation scenarios (DCF, multiples, yield analysis), and performance tracking.
  • Monitor market trends, macroeconomic indicators, company earnings, and sector developments in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Prepare insightful research reports, investment recommendations, and presentations for portfolio managers and clients.
  • Support trading strategies, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CFA/FRM preferred or in progress).
  • 3-5 years of experience in equity/fixed income research, sell-side/buy-side analysis, asset management, or investment banking.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel), Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of stock market instruments, including equities, bonds, Sukuk, options, and futures.
