At Tahaluf, we are redefining the events industry in Saudi Arabia. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations while being part of an innovative team dedicated to scaling our events portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cost trackers for assigned events and assist in reconciling them with approved budgets.
- Gather and organize data for the Weekly Sales Report (WSR).
- Support calculations and verification of Sales Commission figures under supervision.
- Assist in initial analysis for Budget Packs and monthly forecasts.
- Help maintain financial documentation and assist in Balance Sheet reviews.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with accounts receivable reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Part-qualified accountant (studying towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience in basic financial reporting and analysis.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn Power BI.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with financial systems and ERP software is beneficial.
