كجزء من فريق المالية في الشرق الأوسط، سيكون المحلل المالي الأول مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم لمدير المالية والأعمال الأوسع في مجالات التحليل المالي والإدارة، والتقارير، والمراجعات، والتدقيق الداخلي، والحوكمة الداخلية / ضوابط الأعمال.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • دعم مدير المالية الإقليمي بالتقارير المالية على أساس شهري بما في ذلك الحسابات الإدارية في نهاية الشهر والتوقعات.
  • المشاركة في اجتماعات التحكم بالمشاريع الشهرية للمشاريع الكبرى في المنطقة.
  • الحفاظ على أنظمة التحكم بالمشاريع وتقديم تدريب مالي لتمكين موظفي الوحدة من فهم المعلومات المالية.
  • إنتاج الميزانيات السنوية على مستوى التقسيم، وإجراء التوحيد على مستوى الوحدة.
  • الشراكة التجارية لمديري الأقسام / مديري المناطق.
  • تقييم الجوانب المالية للعقود لتحديد الآثار على الأداء المستقبلي.
  • تفسير الحسابات الإدارية وتقديم المشورة بشأن الأداء المالي والربحية.

مواصفات المرشح:
  • شهادة بكاليوس على الأقل في المالية والمحاسبة؛ وستكون المؤهلات المهنية ميزة.
  • متمكن من منتجات Microsoft ولديه خبرة في أنظمة ERP.
  • استعداد للدراسة لاختبارات المحاسبة المهنية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على إنتاج تقارير إدارية دقيقة تحت مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
  • استعداد للسفر للعمل حول دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والهند.
  • المرونة للعمل لساعات أطول في أوقات الذروة حسب الحاجة.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to work closely with our CEO, providing strategic financial insights and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to support financial planning, business modeling, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within consultancy or strategic roles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with budgeting and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) for creating professional presentations and reports.
