Avalon Pharma is a leading healthcare company focused on advancing human health through innovation and quality. We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Officer to manage communications with investors and analysts, support financial reporting, and enhance our investor engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Communication & Engagement: Facilitate communication with banks, research analysts, and financial media. Organize investor meetings and respond to inquiries.
• Financial Reporting & Disclosure: Collaborate with finance and legal teams to prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Analysis & Messaging: Analyze competitor strategies, develop investor messaging, and provide insights to senior management.
• Event Management: Plan and execute investor events and coordinate participation in industry conferences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in investor relations or related fields.
