Job Brief:
As a Legal Specialist, your role will be crucial in supporting our legal department with various administrative and operational duties. You will be responsible for organizing legal documents, preparing contracts, and assisting legal professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Review existing contracts for legal risks or ambiguities.
  • Verify compliance of contracts with organizational policies and legal standards.
  • Prepare initial drafts of contracts and legal documents.
  • Assist in preparing affidavits and legal correspondence.
  • Maintain organization of legal documents in filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and assist with client communication.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:
- Knowledge of legal procedures and protocols.
- Proficiency in English.

  • خبرة في التقاضي، خاصة في نزاعات العمل، مع سجل حافل في إدارة القضايا وتمثيل العملاء.

  • مهارات صياغة ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع مسائل قانونية معقدة.

Job Summary: The Senior Legal Specialist plays a key role in providing advanced legal counsel, with a strong focus on contract management and policy development within the government sector.
