Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Specialist at Taj HR!
We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Specialist to enhance our sales efforts and help us connect with clients seeking exceptional interior design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Conduct site visits and gather essential technical details for each project.
Prepare and deliver professional design presentations and mood boards.
Present designs to clients, addressing any inquiries and feedback.
Follow up with clients to close sales deals effectively.
Coordinate with technical and execution teams to ensure proper project implementation.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and accurate project cost estimates.
Aim to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in interior design with proven sales experience.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A strong ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Previous experience in a showroom environment is an advantage.
Senior-level professional with strong leadership and client-handling skills.

مسؤول/ـة عن البحث عن عملاء محتملين، متابعة العملاء التجاريين، إدارة البيانات عبر Odoo CRM، والتواصل معهم حتى إتمام الطلب والدفع.

المهام:

البحث عن عملاء محتملين.

التواصل عبر الواتساب والاتصال والإيميل.

تسجيل عروض الأسعار في Odoo ERP والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية.

متابعة العملاء والرد على استفساراتهم.

اقتراح منتجات مناسبة وإعداد عروض تقديمية.

المتطلبات:

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).

مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء.

خبرة أو مهارة في المبيعات (يفضّل B2B).

إلمام بأنظمة CRM (يفضّل Odoo).

مهارة استخدام Canva أو PowerPoint.

القدرة على التفاوض وإدارة الوقت.

ساعات العمل:

دوام كامل عن بعد وقد يتطلب اجتماعات حضورية في حالات نادرة
الأحد – الخميس ٨ ساعات يوميا.

الأدوات المقدمة:

رقم جوال للعمل – حساب مايكروسوفت – جهاز عن بُعد – حساب Odoo
