As a market leader in architecture and planning, FORTY DAYS is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to enhance our team. This role will focus on building client relationships and executing sales strategies for our dynamic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and Project Analysis: Monitor local market trends, identify potential clients, and study competitive pricing.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Prepare and achieve monthly and quarterly sales plans while maintaining an updated client database.
- Client Relationship Management: Organize client communications, site visits, and presentations.
- Quotations and Proposals: Manage RFQs and collaborate with internal teams for proposals.
- Internal Coordination: Work with execution, procurement, and design teams to meet client needs.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms and prepare final agreements.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction post-contract and address any feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in contracting or related fields.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license required for field activities.
