About the role:
The Executive Sales Specialist is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth, managing high-value client relationships, and leading complex sales cycles across enterprise accounts. This role combines consultative selling, solution expertise, and executive-level engagement to position the company’s offerings as essential business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Identify, target, and acquire key enterprise accounts through consultative selling.
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including discovery, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct executive presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to client priorities.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to client business objectives and pain points.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful implementation.
    • Provide voice-of-customer insights to inform product enhancements and strategic planning.
    • Collaborate with internal leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and pipeline development.
  • Pipeline & Performance Management:
    • Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven forecasting.
    • Prepare executive-level reports on sales performance, market feedback, and deal progression.
    • Maintain disciplined sales processes, documentation, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or strategic accounts.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
