The successful candidate will manage and organize technical materials and equipment within our warehouse. This vital role ensures proper storage, handling, and documentation, supporting our technical operations with the accurate issuance and receiving of items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive technical materials and equipment, verifying them against purchase orders.
- Organize items in the warehouse using clear labeling and classification systems.
- Issue tools and materials to technical teams based on approved requests.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages or obsolete items.
- Ensure safe storage conditions in compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with technical departments to ensure the availability of essential materials.
- Prepare purchase requests and maintain accurate delivery and issue records.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory logs and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (*, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing technical or engineering warehouses.
- Proficient in inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of technical equipment and material classification.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
