About the Job:The MEMF Co. is looking for a dedicated Store Keeper to oversee our warehouse activities related to medium voltage equipment and materials. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of integrated electrical products for over 40 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily warehouse activities related to medium voltage equipment and materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain the quality and integrity of MV items such as cables, transformers, switchgears, breakers, etc.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and forward to the QA department for approval.
- Organize materials in designated storage locations with clear labeling and accessibility.
- Issue materials based on authorized Material Requisitions or Delivery Notes, ensuring accurate quantities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records on a regular basis.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal or external audits.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Participate in the review and improvement of the HSE management system in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with project, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping roles, with a focus on medium voltage equipment.
- Good knowledge of MV products and handling requirements.
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Basic understanding of HSE practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
