Join the Em Sherif Group as a Pastry Chef! As a dynamic and enthusiastic member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious pastry items that delight our guests. You will be responsible for all pastry-related functions, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in our kitchen.

General Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about all Em Sherif policies and procedures.
- Regularly update on the pastry menu and attend daily briefings.
- Maintain a positive relationship with colleagues and uphold grooming standards.
Daily Operations:
- Check the production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake.
- Create and prepare desserts following the menu guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Decorate desserts and manage the preparation of plate desserts.
- Implement efficient kitchen processes and ensure adherence to recipe standards.
- Monitor kitchen waste and suggest improvements.
Procurement:
- Assist in inventory control and the requisition process for pastry goods.
Personal Skills and Abilities:
- Commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Good leadership and communication skills, capable of performing under pressure.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie.
