As our team grows in the Middle East, we are looking for an IT Technician to support our Urban Mobility projects in Riyadh.

Role Summary: As an IT Technician, you will provide technical support for key transport projects, ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure that supports urban transit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Monitor and support IT systems, networks, and virtual environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
  • Manage user accounts and access configurations.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Conduct functional testing of software.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT support experience.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Windows & Linux administration, and virtualization technologies.

Languages: Arabic (required), English (required), Spanish (valued).

Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new systems (including networking setups), diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our clients can operate efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Respond to or escalate support calls within agreed timeframes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain client systems (PCs, mobile devices, networking equipment).
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution.
  • Liaise with help desks and support centers as required.
  • Assist in developing testing and repair processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar IT support role.
  • Experience managing and maintaining technical equipment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with effective time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using mobile tools and applications.
