Position Overview
A highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger, and financial closing.
Handle Zakat, Value Added Tax (VAT), and Withholding Tax in accordance with ZATCA regulations.
Prepare, review, and submit tax and Zakat returns on time.
Ensure proper accounting treatment and approvals of financial transactions.
Coordinate effectively with external and internal auditors, providing required documents and explanations.
Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
Work with ERP and accounting systems efficiently.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Local citizens are preferred.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية الشهرية والسنوية للشركة.
متابعة المدفوعات والمستحقات للعملاء والموردين والتأكد من مطابقتها للعقود.
إدارة العهدة النثرية والمصاريف التشغيلية اليومية للمكتب.
متابعة الرواتب والمستحقات للموظفين وضمان الالتزام بلوائح العمل المحلية.
إعداد التقارير المالية للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية مثل هيئة الزكاة والدخل فيما يخص الضرائب والزكاة.
ضمان الالتزام بـ المعايير المحاسبية والقوانين المالية المحلية والدولي
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- شهادة جامعية في المحاسبة، المالية، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن [سنتين واكثر ] سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.
- معرفة بـ المعايير المحاسبية السعودية والدولية (IFRS).
- إجادة برامج المحاسبة (SAP، Oracle، QuickBooks، Zoho أو برامج محلية).
- مهارة عالية في Excel وتحليل البيانات المالية.
- الالتزام بالدقة، السرية، والقدرة على العمل ضمن مواعيد نهائية صارمة.
- مهارات تواصل، حل المشكلات، والعمل الجماعي.
