In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing the hotel's accounting operations and financial controls to ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing the hotel's accounting operations and financial controls to ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record journal entries for daily and month-end transactions.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and distribute reports to management.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and control cash flow activities, including payments, deposits, and collections.
- Review and approve payment requests, petty cash, and employee advances.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost control.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
What We Need From You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in handling financial data.
