ستكون دورك حيويًا في ربط الأهداف التجارية مع الحلول التكنولوجية. ستقود الجهود لجمع المتطلبات، وتحليل العمليات، والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة من أجل تسليم المشروع بنجاح بما يتماشى مع الأهداف التنظيمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • قيادة وتسهيل جلسات جمع متطلبات الأعمال التفصيلية.
  • تحليل وتوثيق العمليات والأنظمة التجارية من أجل تحسينات محتملة.
  • ترجمة احتياجات الأعمال إلى متطلبات قابلة للتنفيذ وقصص مستخدم.
  • التعاون مع مديري التسليم، والمطورين، وفرق ضمان الجودة لتحقيق الأهداف التجارية.
  • إدارة توقعات أصحاب المصلحة وتقديم تحديثات حالة المشروع.
  • ضمان الامتثال للسياسات والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة بكاليوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، أو نظم المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 7-8 سنوات من الخبرة كمحلل أعمال، مع ما لا يقل عن سنة واحدة في دور كبير.
  • فهم قوي لنمذجة العمليات التجارية وطرق تطوير البرمجيات.
  • خبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات والمشاريع الحكومية.
  • خبرة في منهجيات أجايل والشلال.
  • مهارات تواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة ممتازة.
  • إجادة أدوات التحليل والمشاريع (على سبيل المثال، DevOps، MS Visio).
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • شهادة مثل CBAP أو PMI-PBA هي ميزة.
  • طلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and ensure expectations are managed effectively.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance business analysis practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within Agile teams.
  • Strong experience in process modeling, requirements documentation, data analysis, and UAT.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and settlement systems.
  • Experience with business analysis tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Capital Market solutions such as Murex or Nasdaq.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.

التعليم
