About the Role
The ideal candidate must already have direct experience and strong working relationships with platform teams and account managers. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and grow online sales across all assigned platforms
- Handle direct communication with platform account managers
- Secure visibility, promotions, banners, and growth opportunities
- Monitor pricing, stock availability, and product listings
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment and availability
- Track performance and identify sales growth opportunities
- Support commercial negotiations and promotional planning
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG online sales / marketplace experience
- Proven experience managing accounts on HungerStation, Noon, Ninja, Amazon, Keeta, or similar platforms
- Existing relationships with platform teams is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of quick commerce and marketplace operations
- Experience handling promotions, campaigns, and platform visibility
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good English language skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred
