About The Role
Riyadh Air is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead brand strategy and deliver high-impact, critical campaigns that position Riyadh Air as the global aviation leader. In this role, you will oversee agency partnerships, guide long-term brand development, and lead market research initiatives to inform data-driven decisions on a global scale. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. With a focus on performance, insight, and creative excellence, you will shape the brand experience at every touchpoint.

About You
Degree qualified, with in-depth knowledge of the local KSA and GCC market profile and customer demographics. You will demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in marketing, brand management or a similar role, with a proven track record of excellence essential.     • الإشراف على تصميم وتحديث المواد التعريفية والعلامة التجارية.
    • توحيد الرسائل البصرية واللغوية.
  • إدارة التسويق الرقمي:
    • وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية التسويق الرقمي.
    • إدارة وتحسين أداء محركات البحث (SEO).
    • استخدام أدوات التحليل لمراقبة أداء الحملات.
  • إدارة السوشال ميديا:
    • الإشراف الكامل على الحسابات الاجتماعية.
    • جدولة المحتوى والإشراف على جودة النشر.
  • التنسيق الداخلي:
    • التنسيق مع إدارة المبيعات لمعرفة الأولويات البيعية.
    • تقديم الدعم لفريق المبيعات من خلال تصميم المواد التسويقية.
  • إدارة العلاقات الخارجية:
    • التنسيق مع المصممين والمكاتب الإعلانية.
    • الإشراف على العلاقات الإعلامية وكتابة البيانات الصحفية.

Qualifications:
  • بكالوريوس في التسويق أو الإعلام أو إدارة الأعمال.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 52 سنة كحد أدنى في المجال العقاري.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الحملات الرقمية.
  • إتقان أدوات التسويق الرقمية مثل Google Ads وSEO.
