Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee the execution and performance of all Green Group landscape projects in Riyadh and Jeddah. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance.
• Cost Control: Manage project budgets, approve material procurement, and optimize resources.
• Tendering Support: Lead pricing and tendering processes, coordinating with estimation and procurement teams.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for clients and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and operational staff.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in landscape or construction operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong project management knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Odoo preferred).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee operational activities and manage facilities, ensuring the implementation of best supplier and customer relationship management along with O&M Optimizations and energy services management.

Job Purpose:
The Operations Manager will enhance the overall operational efficiency of managed assets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving Enova's business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and deliver the Site Operations strategy in line with Enova's vision and objectives.
• Oversee operations management for contractual sites, ensuring all commitments are met successfully.
• Maximize the effective achievement of site objectives by leading and managing the Site Operations team.
• Assist in defining the organizational structure to optimize resource utilization and enhance communication.
• Participate in budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets.
• Lead site operations ensuring efficient planning and allocation of resources.
• Engage with customers on site-specific budgets, advising on expenditures and opportunities for cost reductions.
• Ensure monitoring and evaluation of suppliers’ performance.
• Oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring quality of service and compliance.
• Implement comprehensive audits of operations to gather feedback and enhance service quality.

Qualifications, Experiences, & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10 – 12 years of experience in operations management, including 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Maintenance and Facilities Management, specifically in operations planning and supplier relations.
