Join ROSHN as a Manager, MarkCom Operations! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to serve in this pivotal role within our GCMO Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations related to the GCMO, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive GCMO office operation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Manage the GCMO office operations effectively.
- Lead the execution of marketing operations projects across various lifecycle stages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish sound project management practices to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee the GCMO office budget, ensuring strategic resource deployment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree or Project Management certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management with a focus on marketing and communications.
