As a leader in our organization, you will be instrumental in developing strategic objectives and operational plans that align with our business goals. Your expertise will guide the execution of Facility Management and Administration services to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation of Facility and Administration strategies, translating them into operational actions.
- Oversee daily operations including vendor management, office procedures, and customer support, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
- Coordinate all central services such as reception, security, maintenance, and catering to comply with statutory regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service in line with Takamol standards.
- Plan office systems and layouts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and space utilization.
- Identify and support the development needs of your team for professional growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Facility Management or Administration.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A structured approach with strong presentation skills.
