This role is essential in ensuring full compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and international trade finance standards, while driving operational excellence and risk control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end trade finance operations including Letters of Credit (LCs), Guarantees (LGs), and documentary collections.
- Approve trade finance transactions within delegated authority limits.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and international trade standards.
- Manage relationships with correspondent banks and internal stakeholders.
- Implement strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the trade finance team.
- Participate in system implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
Applicant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in trade finance operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Professional Certifications (Preferred): CDCS, CITF, or any other relevant certifications.
- Strong expertise in trade finance products and international trade rules.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
