About the Job:
Join PiA, a leading provider of IT business solutions specializing in Business Support Systems since 2009. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives in the IT/Telecom sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve multi-million-dollar wins.
  • Build strong relationships with Telecom Operators, Government Entities, and Financial Institutions in Saudi Arabia.
  • Utilize your skills in solution selling to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Continuously enhance customer relationships and grow strategic accounts.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT/Telecom enterprise sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with major operators like STC, Mobily, Zain, and financial institutions.
  • Prior experience in a leadership sales role is preferred.

Join stc as a Sales Manager!

As a key member of our sales team, you will support sales operations and coordinate the allocation of work programmes within the organization. This role demands a proactive approach to managing the implementation of sales plans and preparing performance reports that contribute to the overall sales process.
