We are looking for a seasoned Personal Assistant to support the Principal of a Private Family office based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with high-profile individuals in a dynamic and sophisticated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex diaries.
- Handle property management tasks.
- Arrange intricate travel plans.
- Assist with personal shopping.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications:
- Western educated with a degree.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a PA/EA, preferably to C-Suite executives or in a Private Family Office setting.
- Fluency in spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work beyond standard office hours as needed.
- Should be well presented, poised, and confidently respectful.
- A self-starter who strives for perfection and is committed to every task.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
