As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and executing strategic events that engage crucial stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, patient groups, and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders to define event needs.
• Manage system inputs ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Liaise with finance and procurement for vendor coordination.
• Monitor budgets, process payments, and maintain financial transparency.
• Ensure alignment with Roche SOPs and local regulations during events.
• Provide real-time support during events for seamless execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in event management within healthcare or pharma.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
