Role Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of mechanical systems within our Body in White (BIW) lines. This includes performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and address mechanical issues promptly to prevent production delays.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures aligned with OEM standards.
• Ensure the consistent performance of BIW jigs and fixtures.
• Collaborate closely with the dimensional engineer for calibration plans.
• Monitor performance, document maintenance activities, and recommend enhancements.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train maintenance staff on best practices.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in automotive, particularly BIW.
• Hands-on experience with BIW equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.

Join Hitech Industrial Group, a pioneer in the fence manufacturing industry located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance of our industrial machinery.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Fence Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain and repair various equipment including pneumatic compressors, hydraulic presses, and welding machines.
• Monitor machine performance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and service records.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for machine optimization.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for repeated equipment failures.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
