At Parsons, we are committed to shaping the future. We are seeking a talented Procurement Engineer to join our dedicated team working on the King Salman International Airport (KSIA) project in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day procurement activities for the Infrastructure delivery programme.
  • Develop Tender Event Schedules, Procurement Plans, and related documentation.
  • Manage procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Implement best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with the client and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with the local content policy.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree is required; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with various contract forms relevant to infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with Airport/Infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
