Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet visitors and clients.
• Provide information about our services and products.
• Direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently.
• Organize scheduling for appointments.
• Assist clients with inquiries and product advice.
• Maintain a positive and professional environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and presentable appearance.
