Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and hospitality.
- Accurately take and process orders while ensuring timely service of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area to promote a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a high-quality dining experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by addressing their needs professionally and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in food & beverage knowledge to assist guests with menu choices.
- Basic cooking knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English) are a plus.
