Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of Saudi labor law

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding: Assist in setting up rooms and preparing new joiner packs for induction workshops.
  • Data Administration: Manage new joiner paperwork and ensure streamlined onboarding processes.
  • Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees regarding HR-related queries such as policies, leave, and compensation.
  • Offboarding: Prepare necessary paperwork for the offboarding process.
  • Reporting: Maintain and administer employee files digitally using BambooHR and oversee internal HR databases.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle travel arrangements, maintain medical insurance documents, deliver mail and documents, and coordinate office repairs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree or diploma in HR (Optional).
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR functions and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
