المسؤوليات:

  • تشخيص وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية بكفاءة لتقليل وقت التوقف.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق لجميع أنشطة الصيانة وتكوينات النظام.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع معايير السلامة والمتطلبات التنظيمية في العمليات الميكانيكية.
  • الإشراف على شراء أجزاء الأدوات والقطع الميكانيكية اللازمة لمهام الصيانة.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الميكانيك أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في الصيانة الميكانيكية.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات ونموذج تفصيلي.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة المشاريع.
  • إجادة لاستخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office لإعداد التقارير وتوثيق المشاريع.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
  • إدارة ترتيبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمشروع وفقًا لنظام إدارة HSEQ الخاص بـ WSP.
  • الإشراف على المفتشين لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة في الموقع وفقًا للمتطلبات القانونية ومتطلبات العملاء.
  • تطوير وتقديم التدريب على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لموظفي WSP.
  • مراجعة والموافقة على خطط الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالمقاولين وتقييمات المخاطر قبل التنفيذ.
  • إجراء زيارات صباحية يومية للموقع لضمان الامتثال لبروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة.
  • تنفيذ تفتيشات مشتركة أسبوعية مع المقاولين وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • تنظيم اجتماعات الصحة والسلامة مع العملاء وموظفي المشروع.
  • بدء واختبار خطط الاستجابة الطارئة، وضمان تنفيذ التدريبات حسب الجدول الزمني.
  • متابعة التحقيقات في الحوادث وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمنع تكرارها.
  • إجراء مراجعات دورية للسلامة في الموقع.

المؤهلات
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية، العلوم البيئية، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في دور قيادي مشابه في الصحة والسلامة، ويفضل في البناء أو الهندسة.
  • معرفة متعمقة بأنظمة وقوانين الصحة والسلامة، لا سيما في الشرق الأوسط.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاعل قوية.
  • قدرات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
  • شهادة NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها مرغوبة بشدة.
  • طلاقة في الإنجليزية، مع معرفة باللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة.
  • تسجيل SCE في الصحة والسلامة مفضل.

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and operate all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems within our property. This role is crucial in ensuring guest comfort, reliability of equipment, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical Systems Operation & Maintenance:
    • Inspect and maintain HVAC systems including VRV, split units, and package units.

  • Technical Operations & Documentation:
