- Manage calls and provide information about services offered in our fitness centers.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Work collaboratively with the fitness team to enhance our members' journey.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
