As a vital part of our team, you will manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, ensuring accuracy and strong guest service. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing exceptional service and are detail-oriented.

As a vital part of our team, you will manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, ensuring accuracy and strong guest service. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing exceptional service and are detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Sales and Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, handle cash and various payment methods with precision, and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Guest Service: Greet guests, assist with ticket purchases, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
- Operational Support: Assist the Shift Supervisor with daily operations, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Security and Compliance: Follow all security protocols and report any concerns to the Shift Supervisor.
- Guest Experience: Provide welcoming service and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and intermediate English proficiency.
- HACCP Intermediate certification (required).
- 1–2 years of cashier or guest service experience.
