Welcome to SLS The Red Sea! As a Hostess, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, embodying the charm and character of our upscale dining spaces. Reporting to the Restaurant / Outlet Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and engaging each guest with confidence and poise.
• Managing guest seating based on reservations and walk-ins.
• Accommodating guest requests and communicating effectively with the service team.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menus and special events.
• Handling guest complaints and ensuring resolution.
• Managing reservations accurately and confirming guest details.
• Coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance.
• Assisting with light operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality sector, a high school diploma, strong communication skills in both English and preferably Arabic, and a genuine passion for guest service. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required. Physical abilities to meet the demands of a vibrant environment, such as lifting and standing for extended periods, are essential.
