Job Purpose:
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and conducting mechanical maintenance to ensure the smooth flow of operations. This includes identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimizing maintenance practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improving mechanical maintenance systems and practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and monitoring rounds for timely maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and outsourced agencies for corrective actions.
• Prepare and conduct training on new equipment and maintenance protocols.
• Monitor mechanical maintenance faults and suggest improvements.
• Support feasibility studies for existing systems and propose modifications.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
