The Role of Spa and Wellness Manager

The Spa and Wellness Manager is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the spa division at Shangri-La Jeddah. This full-time leadership position focuses on developing and delivering a luxury wellness experience that aligns with Shangri-La’s brand standards. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and is based in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Achieve spa revenue, profitability, and budget targets.
• Develop strategies to increase treatment revenue, memberships, wellness programs, and retail sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to strengthen the spa’s position.
• Ensure personalized, luxury service for every guest throughout their spa journey.
