About the Sales Executive Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue for the hotel/cluster. The role involves delivering memorable experiences that contribute to guest satisfaction and supporting the overall hospitality mission.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
Cultivate and expand existing customer accounts, including local travel to increase market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
Negotiate and finalize group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts in alignment with established pricing strategies.
Support business growth through the development and implementation of local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to create guest experiences and develop comprehensive sales programs.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide timely updates to Sales leadership.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests to support conversion and satisfaction.
