Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office and facility operations for seamless daily functioning.
- Handle and review utilities bills and coordinate with service providers.
- Manage medical insurance administration including enrollments, claims, and renewals.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding maintenance and contracts.
- Support management by preparing administrative reports and coordinating tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or facility management.
- Proven experience dealing with utilities and medical insurance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
