Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Present insurance products effectively and negotiate terms.
- Prepare proposals and ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in client relationship management and communication.
- Understanding of insurance industry principles and financial services.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to customize solutions.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
