Role Description:
We are looking for an energetic and professional Salesperson to join our team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for:

Visiting new clients daily, both corporate and individual, to introduce Blumen's services and products.

Following up on current orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assisting clients in selecting products and providing customized floral solutions based on their needs.

Achieving sales targets and agreed-upon KPIs.

Understanding customer needs and preferences, and relaying feedback to the team to enhance service.

Building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Cooperating with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of orders and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Representing the brand with a professional appearance and behavior that reflects Blumen's luxury.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience or skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with various types of clients.
• Persuasive abilities and a keen understanding of client needs to provide suitable solutions.
• Good organizational skills to manage orders and daily follow-ups.
• Able to meet sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment, either field-based or retail.
• Previous experience in sales or the retail sector is preferred.
• Knowledge about flower products and gifting trends is a plus.
• Having a personal car for commuting and client visits is preferred.
