- Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure proper payment recording.
- Maintain thorough records of all transactions and daily cash balances.
- Adhere to proper cash handling procedures to secure transactions and records.
- Process payments for vehicle services and transactions accurately.
- Reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and services offered.
- Support the finance officer in coordination with banks and insurance companies.
