المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة دورة توثيق المشتريات والإشراف على إغلاق أوامر الشراء.
  • مراقبة وتسوية المخزون.
  • التعامل مع تسويات النقدية الصغيرة وإعداد تقارير ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
  • إعداد كشوف الرواتب الشهرية والبيانات المالية، جنبًا إلى جنب مع التسويات في نهاية السنة.
  • الإشراف على التحويلات المصرفية وإعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية.
المهارات المطلوبة:
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة المالية.
  • مهارات تحليلية واتصالية قوية.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط.
المؤهلات:
يجب على المتقدمين أن يحملوا شهادة بكاليوس في المحاسبة مع حد أدنى من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في هذا المجال. الخبرة في نظام أودو أو أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسة الأخرى تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
