In this critical role, you will oversee everything from global procurement and customs clearance to full warehouse management and last-mile distribution.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Warehouse & Inventory: Manage warehouse operations, ensuring optimal layout and 100% ERP inventory accuracy through thorough cycle counting.
- Global Sourcing: Negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality materials and finished goods.
- Logistics & Customs: Handle all freight forwarding and ensure compliance with ZATCA and Saber regulations.
- Demand Planning: Anticipate seasonal spikes (Ramadan, Hajj) to optimize inventory levels.
- Distribution: Ensure effective distribution from the central warehouse to branches and e-commerce customers.
🎯 Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in supply chain and warehouse management, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ERP systems (*, Odoo, SAP) and inventory management software.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Saudi import laws and local logistics.
- Language: Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
