About the Job: The role of Human Resources Manager at NCMS involves defining the HR strategy and proposing organizational changes to meet business objectives. The HR Manager will focus on identifying resource requirements, championing employee engagement, and talent attraction and retention. It is essential to manage recruitment and development while adhering to local laws and company policies.

- Develop and mature HR infrastructure including policies and processes.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best-fit employees.
- Implement HR team initiatives for recruitment, Saudization, compensation, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and manage government relations regarding visas and licensing.
- Analyze staff payroll costs and monitor turnover while implementing retention strategies.
- Facilitate induction and orientation training for new employees.
- Stay updated with government guidelines related to HR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
