We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Boutique, ensuring an outstanding and consistent customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing our store and leading a team to success.

The job requires flexibility, as you will work on a shifting schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You may also need to work in other boutiques within the same city or elsewhere in Saudi Arabia as required.

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Boutique, ensuring an outstanding and consistent customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing our store and leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise overall Boutique operations to ensure quality service delivery.
- Assist Boutique Head in managing and controlling store expenses.
- Prepare financial and non-financial reports for management.
- Maintain store image according to Brand's guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to work.
- Efficiently manage inventory to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
- Handle client-related issues and address customer complaints professionally.
- Develop work schedules for Boutique staff and oversee their implementation.
- Communicate new products, guidelines, and training materials to staff.
- Escalate any client issues or employee non-compliance as needed.
- Maintain superior care and housekeeping procedures at all times.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role; experience in luxury retail or watch sector preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Very good computer skills (MS Office).
- High integrity and confidentiality.
