Join Our Team as a Sales Supervisor
DNA Recruitment is on the lookout for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor for our client, a fast-growing pharmaceutical business based in Jeddah. In this dynamic role, you will lead and develop sales strategies across multiple therapy areas, including anti-inflammatory and primary care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Drive scientific selling initiatives and ensure messaging accuracy across therapy areas.
• Analyze territory performance, manage CRM data, and ensure disciplined reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and medical strategies effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree is preferable.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong HCP network, scientific selling, negotiation, CRM discipline, territory management, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
