We pride ourselves on providing exceptional dining experiences, and you will play a vital role in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guests’ inquiries courteously and efficiently, and report any complaints to supervisors for immediate resolution.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Ensure that guests have an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience by adhering to the outlet’s sequence of service.
• Assist guests by providing detailed information about menu items, including preparation, ingredients, and cooking methods.
• Prepare dining tables, setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware, and escort guests to their tables.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Higher Secondary School certificate.
• Previous experience as a Waiter, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to adapt and appreciate cultural diversity.
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
