Join Our Team as a Head Waiter at Al Khozama Hotel & Residences

Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and seamless dining experiences for our guests. The Head Waiter will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing table settings, coordinating with the kitchen, addressing guest requests and concerns, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train food and beverage staff.
• Manage table settings and guest service protocols.
• Coordinate effective communication with the kitchen staff.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Strong expertise in Food & Beverage management.
• Basic cooking knowledge for effective kitchen collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities to mentor team members.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hotel or fine dining sectors.
